25-Man

This was a great week for us in Ulduar. We added Ignis to our list of downed bosses, completeing The Seige of Ulduar acheivment.  We also downed Kologarn and Auriaya to complete The Antechamber of Ulduar acheivment.  We also made serveral attempts on Hodir the first of 4 Keepers of Ulduar.

10-Man

We have also completed The Seige of Ulduar, and The Antechamber of Uldaur in 10-man Ulduar.  We have also downed Hodir and Freya.

Our venture into Ulduar last night was geart, and very productive.  We seem to have finally found a strategy that works well for Deconstuctor, we also downed Razorscale we relative ease.  We made several attempts on Ignus, who is still insanely hard, but it was a great fun.

Hopefully some of what we learned will carry over and help with our Heroic progression.

So a little over a week has passed and we have made a few ventures into Ulduar, both 10 and 25.  In our 10 man group we downed both Flame Leviathan and Razorscale, and made several attempts on Ignus and X2 Deconstructor.

In Heroic we downed Flame Leviathan and made several good attempts on X2 Deconstructor.   For all that have not seen Ulduar, it is as Blizzard calimed, HARD.

It will require serious dedication to progress into this dungeon, so far we have had rather poor attendace, lets hope that changes and we can see more bosses downed this week.

Continuing our progression, Forge downed Sartharion with two drakes!  Great work by all, we also downed Malygos again this week.  Keep up the good work everyone!!

Forge had a great week, we started off on Tuesday with Sarth +Shadron,  this did take a few attempts but was our first time with this particular drake up, I think we all learned some good things here, most notably to stay out of the flame wall.

We then headed over to EOE to work on Malygos, and to our great surprise we got him down is 2 attempts, wtg Forge.  Lets keep this up next week.

We then wiped out 2 wings of Naxx, Spider and Plague.   Leaveing the rest of Naxx for clearing on Thursday,  which we did.  Clearing all 25-man content in 2 days.  Great job everyone.

10-Man

We have full cleared Naxx, Several times, as well as Obsidain Sanctum and Eye of Eternity.  We now need to get more groups doing Obsidain Sanctum with drakes up and into EOE.

Heroic:

We are clearing Heroic Naxx weekly, as well as Obsidian Sanctum (sartharion), We did manage Sartharion +1 but last week but were not able to repeat the feat again this week.  As for EOE we need more members working on 10 man so we can get better attempts for Heroic.  We did make several attempts last week for Heroic EOE, all ended after just on or two Vortex phases.

Update on Heroic raid progression, we have cleared most of Heroic Naxxramas, and after last nights achievements, all but Kel’Thazud have fallen.  Great work everyone.  We have also cleared Heroic Obsidian Sanctum, now we need to work on adding drakes to the Sartharian fight, once were able to do Him with 1 or two drakes up I think we will be in a good place to start on Malygos in Eye of Eternity.

I have started and “official” progression screenshots thread, at this time we are missing several, as I am terrible at remembering to screenshot kills,  However last night I found a new addon that should help.

Multishot

Multishot (previously Killshot) is a tiny addon that automatically takes a screenshot (with interface) whenever you kill a boss, gain an achievement or level up. It currently supports all classic & bc dungeons/raids and works on all locales.

Multishot should now support all WoTLK dungeons/raids.

Also if anyone has screenshots for the missing boss kills, please post them in the thread so i can add them.

All the folks that worked so hard this week to complete Naxx took a stab at Obsidan Sactum and Sartharion and once again came up successful! WTG!!!  (sorry for lack of screenshot)

This week marked Forges first attempt at 10-Man Nax, and it was a complete success with the downing of Kel’Thuzad last night.  This was a four night process, congratulations to all who were able to attend and we hope to keep things going next week, and soon start a second group!!
